This policy describes the FLX TCG Sheet Watcher application and this website, operated by FLX TCG Store. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact flxtcgstore@gmail.com.

Information accessed

When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the application receives authorization tokens permitting read-only Google Sheets access. It uses that access to read configured spreadsheets and their worksheet information, including product names, prices, availability, and order links. The Google permission can cover spreadsheets accessible to the connected account; the application is configured to read selected sources.

The application also processes operator-supplied configuration and, when preorder features are used, order quantities and contact or business details needed for the selected distributor form. It does not receive the operator’s Google password.

How information is used and shared

Spreadsheet information is used to monitor products, generate pricing updates, identify matching items, and prepare alerts or preorder previews. Selected product information and previews are sent to configured Discord channels and are visible to people with access to those channels. Operator-approved preorder submissions are sent to the selected distributor’s form.

Render provides application hosting and storage. Google provides spreadsheet access and, where applicable, order forms. Discord stores messages generated by the application. When optional AI order cleanup is enabled in the connected store workflow, order details and the relevant product catalog may be sent to OpenAI for processing; that catalog can include product information previously posted from source sheets.

Google user data is used for these operational features, not for advertising or sale. FLX TCG Sheet Watcher’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

Authorization credentials are kept in the application’s server configuration, separate from this public website. The application may retain configuration, processed-match records, product caches, generated previews, order records, and operational logs on its host or the operator’s systems. Messages and attachments also remain in Discord until removed there. Access to these systems depends on the permissions set by the operator and service providers.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

There is no automatic fixed deletion period across these records. They can remain until the operator removes them or the relevant service’s retention rules apply. Contact us to request deletion of stored connection credentials and application records associated with your account. Records required for existing orders or applicable obligations may need to be retained, and provider backups or logs may follow separate retention schedules.

You can revoke Google access through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove previously generated posts, previews, or stored records; request their deletion separately.

This website

This static website contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, login forms, or application cookies. Its hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and secure the site. Emailing us shares the information you choose to include with us and our email provider.
