These terms apply to FLX TCG Sheet Watcher and its informational website, operated by FLX TCG Store. By using the application, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Authorized use

The application is intended for authorized FLX TCG Store operators. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use, and configure only sources you are permitted to access and use. Access to a spreadsheet does not itself grant permission to redistribute its contents. Respect distributor restrictions and the terms of Google, Discord, and other connected services.

Pricing and orders

Product availability, pricing, and alerts depend on third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Review product details, quantities, pricing, and recipient information before submitting any preorder. Distributor acceptance, payment, shipping, and fulfillment are governed by the applicable transaction terms; an automated alert is not a guarantee of stock or order acceptance.

Account security

Keep connection credentials private and limit access to operational Discord channels and hosting accounts. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the application to circumvent source access restrictions or interfere with another service.

Availability and changes

The application is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Features may change or be suspended as source services or store requirements change. You may stop using the application and revoke Google access at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLX TCG Store does not provide implied warranties for this operational tool. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
